In this order, an integrated approach for mutual interaction between the electricity and natural gas systems has been considered for the purpose of ensuring optimal energy exchanging between the electric power system and the natural gas network. We propose a scenario based optimal operation approach to optimize the operation of integrated power and gas systems (IPGS). Regarding the unpredictable nature of wind speed and solar radiation as well as uncertain load demand, random scenarios are generated by a normal probability density function. Then, Latin hypercube sampling is applied to realize the stochastic framework of IPGS operation. The proposed model minimizes the operation cost of conventional power system generators and gas wells over a 24 h operation horizon. In addition, the conditional value-at-risk is utilized to manage financial risks and uncertainties due to the operation cost-minimizing in the proposed IPGS optimal operation problem. The proposed integrated operating approach is applied to a 24-Bus power system with renewable resources of a photovoltaic, wind turbine, energy storage, with a 7-node natural gas network and two gas wells.}, keywords = {power system,gas network,Uncertainty,Stochastic scheduling,MINLP}, title_fa = {بهره‌برداری بهینه تصادفی با ارزیابی ریسک سیستم‌های مجتمع برق و گاز طبیعی}, abstract_fa = {افزایش میزان استفاده از منابع انرژی تجدیدپذیر با وجود عدم قطعیت های این منابع، باعث توجه به اهمیت زیرساخت‌های تامین انرژی برق شده است. تجمیع سیستم قدرت و شبکه گاز طبیعی راهکاری مناسب در راستای کاهش فشار بر روی این  زیر ساخت ها می‌باشد. در این مقاله، یک روش بهینه‌سازی تصادفی سناریو محور برای عملکرد سیستم‌های مجتمع برق و گاز طبیعی در نظر گرقته شده است. در واقع، با استفاده از تابع چگالی نرمال سناریوهایی تصادفی جهت مدل کردن ماهیت غیرقابل پیش‌بینی باد، تشعشع خورشید و بار تولیدی ایجاد شده است. همچنین نمونه‌برداری هایپربولیک لاتین جهت کاهش این چهارچوب تصادفی اعمال می شود. در نهایت، نه تنها میزان توان تولیدی از مولدهای انرژی مرسوم به حداقل می‌رسد بلکه میزان گاز دریافتی از چاه‌ها نیز در یک بازه زمانی 24 ساعت کمینه می‌گردد. سیستم تحت مطالعه در این مقاله شامل یک سیستم قدرت 24-باسه در حضور توربین‌های بادی، فتوولتائیک و ذخیره‌ساز انرژی بوده که با یک شبکه گاز 7-گره‌ای تجمیع شده است.}, keywords_fa = {سیستم قدرت,شبکه گاز طبیعی,عدم قطعیت,برناه ریزی تصادفی,MINLP}, url = {https://joape.uma.ac.ir/article_971.html}, eprint = {https://joape.uma.ac.ir/article_971_245e78335ff36957943b79f5639fe80d.pdf} }
