The training and testing data of the proposed method are collected by simulating all types of faults with all possible variations on a transmission line (TL) in the IEEE-9 bus system using the PSCAD/EMTDC software. While simulating one type of fault, fault resistances and fault inception angles are also varied to account for the various behaviours of the fault. The three-phase instantaneous currents and voltages on both sides of TL are recorded at 32 samples per cycle. A thirty-two sample moving window is used to compute time-series and frequency-series parameters applied as features to the SVM. Ten-fold cross-validation is used to evaluate the performance of the proposed algorithm with evaluation metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall and F1 score. Features generation, training and testing of the proposed method, and performance comparison are done using PYTHON software. The proposed method has achieved an average accuracy of 99.996%, even in the most contaminated environment of 30 dB noise. Compared with the performance of the other popular machine learning algorithms, the proposed method has achieved more accuracy. The performance of the proposed method is also tested with different noise levels, which account for the measurement errors of 30 dB, 35 dB and 40 dB.}, keywords = {Data Mining,Fault classification,FFT,Machine Learning,SVM,Transmission Line}, title_fa = {داده کاوی و تجزیه و تحلیل عیب یابی مبتنی بر SVM در سیستم قدرت مدرن با استفاده از پارامترهای سری زمان و فرکانس محاسبه شده از پنجره متحرک کامل چرخه}, abstract_fa = {این مقاله یک تحلیل تشخیصی کامل از خطاها در خط انتقال یک سیستم قدرت مدرن معمولی با استفاده از ماشین بردار پشتیبانی (SVM) با پارامترهای سری زمانی و پارامترهای سری فرکانس به عنوان ویژگی‌ها پیشنهاد می‌کند. داده های آموزش و آزمایش روش پیشنهادی با شبیه سازی انواع خطاها با تمام تغییرات ممکن در یک خط انتقال (TL) در سیستم گذرگاه IEEE-9 با استفاده از نرم افزار PSCAD/EMTDC جمع آوری می شود. در حالی که یک نوع خطا شبیه سازی می شود، مقاومت های خطا و زوایای شروع خطا نیز برای محاسبه رفتارهای مختلف خطا متفاوت است. جریان ها و ولتاژهای لحظه ای سه فاز در دو طرف TL در 32 نمونه در هر سیکل ثبت می شوند. یک پنجره متحرک سی و دو نمونه برای محاسبه پارامترهای سری زمانی و سری فرکانس اعمال شده به عنوان ویژگی های SVM استفاده می شود. اعتبارسنجی متقابل ده برابری برای ارزیابی عملکرد الگوریتم پیشنهادی با معیارهای ارزیابی مانند دقت، دقت، یادآوری و امتیاز F1 استفاده می‌شود. تولید ویژگی ها، آموزش و آزمایش روش پیشنهادی و مقایسه عملکرد با استفاده از نرم افزار PYTHON انجام می شود. روش پیشنهادی حتی در آلوده ترین محیط نویز 30 دسی بل به دقت متوسط 99.996% دست یافته است. در مقایسه با عملکرد سایر الگوریتم‌های یادگیری ماشینی محبوب، روش پیشنهادی به دقت بیشتری دست یافته است. عملکرد روش پیشنهادی نیز با سطوح مختلف نویز مورد آزمایش قرار می‌گیرد که خطاهای اندازه‌گیری 30 دسی‌بل، 35 دسی‌بل و 40 دسی‌بل را محاسبه می‌کند.}, keywords_fa = {داده کاوی,طبقه بندی خطا,FFT,یادگیری ماشین,SVM,خط انتقال}, url = {https://joape.uma.ac.ir/article_2105.html}, eprint = {https://joape.uma.ac.ir/article_2105_8cfb8c4257d962d48bd51f4ff189ef0b.pdf} }
