The objectives of this research are to minimize active power loss, minimize operational cost, improve voltage stability, and increase the load balancing of the system. For evaluation purposes, the proposed algorithm is evaluated using the Tai-Power 11.4-kV real distribution network. The impacts of the optimal placement of the WT, DVR, and WT with DVR units are separately evaluated. The results are compared in terms of statistical indicators. By comparing all the testing scenarios, it is observed that the multi-objective optimization evolutionary algorithm is more beneficial than its single-objective optimization counterpart. Also, the obtained results show that the proposed SAIWD method outperforms the IWD method and other intelligent search algorithms such as genetic algorithm or particle swarm optimization.}, keywords = {distribution system,Dynamic voltage restorer,Intelligent water drops,Reconfiguration,Simulated annealing,wind turbine}, title_fa = {ترکیب الگوریتم های تبرید شبیه سازی شده و چکه آب های هوشمند جهت بازآرایی همزمان همراه با تخصیص بهینه توربین بادی و بازیاب دینامیکی ولتاژ در شبکه های توزیع}, abstract_fa = {در این مقاله، از ترکیب الگوریتمهای تبرید شبیه سازی شده (SA) و چکه آبهای هوشمند (IWD) برای حل مسئله غیر خطی و پیچیده  بازآرایی همزمان با یافتن مکان وظرفیت بهینه برای توربین بادی (WT) به عنوان یک واحد تولید پراکنده (DG) و بازیاب دینامیکی ولتاژ (DVR) به عنوان یک واحد DFACT در سیستم توزیع استفاده شده است. اهداف این پژوهش عبارتند از: به حداقل رساندن تلفات توان اکتیو، کاهش هزینههای عملیاتی، بهبود پایداری ولتاژ و افزایش تعادل بار سیستم توزیع. روش پیشنهادی با استفاده از سیستم توزیع واقعی 4/11 کیلوولت تایوان اعتبار سنجی شده است. اثرات بازآرایی و تخصیص بهینه هر کدام از واحدهای WT، DVR و WT همراه با DVR  به طور جداگانه تحلیل شده اند. نتایج به دست آمده به کمک شاخصهای آماری با یکدیگر مقایسه شدهاند. با مقایسه تمامی حالات شبیه سازی شده، مشاهده میشود که بازآرایی همراه با تخصیص بهینه توربین بادی و بازیاب دینامیکی ولتاژ نتایج بهتری (جهت بهبود هر کدام از توابع هدف) نسبت به بهینه سازی تکهدفه دارد. همچنین، نتایج به دست آمده نشان میدهد که روش SA-IWD پیشنهادی نسبت به روش IWD و الگوریتمهای جستجوی هوشمند دیگر مانند الگوریتم ژنتیک و الگوریتم بهینه سازی ازدحام ذرات، دقت بالاتری دارد.}, keywords_fa = {بازآرایی شبکه توزیع,الگوریتم تبرید شبیه سازی شده,الگوریتم چکه آب های هوشمند,تلفات توان اکتیو,متعادل سازی بار,بهبود پروفیل ولتاژ}, url = {https://joape.uma.ac.ir/article_470.html}, eprint = {https://joape.uma.ac.ir/article_470_6bea5c53942fa258c2e1ffd88cfaa9da.pdf} }
