Manuscript Preparation

This journal uses Open Journal Systems to peer review manuscript submissions. Please read thguide for authors before making a submission. Complete guidelines for preparing and submitting your manuscript to this journal are provided below.

All submitted manuscripts are subject to initial appraisal by the Editor, and, if found suitable for further consideration, to peer review by independent, anonymous expert referees.

Dear authors, be careful that iThenticate similarity software is used for submitted papers before the review process. It is clear that manuscripts whose originality are less than the standard of the journal will be rejected without being review.

All papers must be submitted via the online system.

Submission of an article implies that the work described has not been published previously, that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, that its publication is approved by all authors and tacitly or explicitly by the responsible authorities where the work was carried out, and that, if accepted, it will not be published elsewhere in the same form, in English or in any other language, including electronically without the written consent of the copyright holder.

The manuscript must be uploaded online considering the following instructions.

1- The PDF and Doc formats of the paper must be uploaded.

2- It is necessary to submit a PDF file of the paper without the name of the Authors.

3- The manuscripts edited in two columns will be REJECTED.

4- The manuscripts with low originality will be REJECTED.

5- The language of the journal is English. All fonts must be in Time New Roman, and the font size of the title, authors’ name, abstract, keywords and manuscript is bold 16pt, bold 12pt, 10pt, 10pt and 12pt, respectively.

Upon submission of an article, authors are supposed to include all figures and tables in the PDF file of the manuscript. Figures and tables should not be submitted in separate files.

Tables should be cited consecutively in the text. Every table must have a descriptive title and if numerical measurements are given, the units should be included in the column heading. Vertical rules should not be used. The equations should be numbered serially throughout the paper. The equation number should be located to the far right of the line in parenthesis. Equations are shown left aligned on the column.

All submitted manuscripts must include the following items:

•Title

• List of authors, their affiliations and email addresses

• Abstract

• Keywords

• Introduction

• Main body

• Results and discussion

• Conclusions

• Acknowledgments (optional)

• References

Title - Make sure that the title is specific and concise. Titles should be presented in title case - all words except the first word should be in lower case letters.

List of authors, their affiliations and email addresses - Provide the full names and affiliations of all the authors. Affiliations should include department, university or organization, city, and country. One of the authors should be designated as the corresponding author, and their email address needs to be included.

Abstract - The abstract should briefly introduce the manuscript, not exceeding 400 words. No citations should be included in the abstract.

Keywords - At least 3 keywords or phrases should be included and must be separated by commas to distinguish them.

Introduction - State the objectives of the work and provide an adequate background, avoiding a detailed literature survey or a summary of the results.

Main body - the main body part should include the main proposed ideas, results and discussions.

Conclusions - A conclusion is where you summarize the paper's findings and generalize their importance, discuss ambiguous data, and recommend further research. An effective conclusion should provide closure for a paper, leaving the reader feeling satisfied that the concepts have been fully explained.

Acknowledgments - You as the author are free to decide whether to include acknowledgments or not. Usually, the acknowledgments section includes the names of people who in some way contributed to the work, but do not fit the criteria to be listed as the authors. This section of your manuscript can also include information about funding sources.

References- the JOAPE uses the numbered citation method for reference formatting, with sequential numbering in the text, and respective ordering in a list at the end of the paper. An article should include vol., no., pages and year.

In the text, each reference number should be enclosed by square brackets. Citations of references may be given simply as “in [1] ...”, or as “in reference [1] ...”. Similarly, it is not necessary to mention the authors of a reference, unless the mention is relevant to the text.

Multiple citations within a single set of brackets should be separated by commas. Where there are three or more sequential citations, they should be given as a range [2,7-9,13].

Authors are required to nominate four experts in the subject of your article.

Authors are required to sign an agreement for the transfer of copyright to the publisher. Copyright forms must be signed in hardcopy and scanned to a digital file. Forms filled out electronically are not acceptable.
